The salary is affected by:
1) a company where people work. The higher the status of the company, the more employees will receive;
2) position. Most of all receive the director, deputies, financiers, accountants, leading specialists of the department;
3) the number of working days (and hours);
4) quality of work. For conscientious performance of duties, a bonus or bonuses to the basic salary are laid.
You shouldn’t dream of high wages when you get a job without work experience. High salary is the merit of a professional and workaholic.
