What animal can convert fat to water?

The camel is perhaps the only animal capable of converting water into fat. Before the long journey through the desert, the camel is literally fattened and sealed, as a result of which fat is formed in its humps. As the animal begins to need water, and there is nothing to replenish it, the fat stored in the humps begins to turn into water. This process occurs as a result of an intracellular oxidation reaction. Towards the end of the transition, the humps fall off and resemble empty pouches. But as soon as the camel receives water, and he can drink 100-150 liters at a time, the humps are restored.
