What animals first have cerebral hemispheres?

In all vertebrates, the brain consists of five sections: the cerebellum, anterior, middle, intermediate and oblong section. It was in amphibians that the large hemispheres first appeared, which are derivatives of the forebrain. The emergence of large hemispheres was associated with the fact that the first amphibians lived both in water and on land, had to be able to get food and hide from predators. For this, their brains began to develop. However, the large hemispheres of amphibians have a poorly developed bark.
