What animals live in the air-ground environment?

A large number of animal organisms live in the ground-air environment. These include most mammals, although some mammals live in aquatic and underground environments. Also, birds, insects, arthropods and others live in the terrestrial air environment. This environment is quite comfortable for them and they are well adapted to temperature changes, precipitation and so on. This environment has been inhabited by animals for hundreds of millions of years, but life originated in the aquatic environment and only after millions of years spread to the surface.
