What are the advantages of geographic electronic maps?

Benefits:
1) The ability to relatively easily make changes without compromising the quality of the map (on maps with a small scale, for example, if a new road is built)
2) Ability to zoom in and out of objects on the map
3) Convenience of portability (for example, phone versus atlas)
4) The ability to automatically search for an object by name (you will have to look through the paper in full)
5) Ability to determine your location using GPS

Disadvantages:
1) the device with the card is discharged
2) if there is no connection, GPS does not work
3) if there is no connection, the map will have to be downloaded
4) the device can brake at the most inopportune moment
5) in most cases there is no way to make notes
