What are the bones of the head skeleton?

The skeleton of the head consists of the cerebral and facial sections. The brain is located in the cranial cavity. There is an oral cavity, a nose and a receptacle for the organs of sight and hearing. All bones of the skull, with the exception of the lower jaw and the hyoid bone, are connected motionlessly.
The cerebral skull includes eight bones: 2 paired (parietal and temporal), 4 unpaired bones (frontal, occipital, sphenoid and ethmoid). The facial skull contains 15 bones: 6 paired bones (nasal, lacrimal, palatine, maxillary, zygomatic, inferior turbinate), 3 unpaired bones (hyoid bone, vomer and lower jaw).
