What are the characteristics of Africa?

Africa is a large continent washed by seas and oceans. Africa is distinguished by its features:

1) It is called the “black” continent, because 40% of the population have no education (they cannot even write and read), there is a low standard of living;

2) climate. There is no frost on the mainland. The minimum temperature reaches 15 degrees Celsius;

3) Countries. There are about 59 countries on the territory of Africa, in the past the states were colonies;

4) Natural resources. There is gold, oil, minerals.
