There are two most necessary conditions, without which the formation of any ethnos is impossible.
This is, firstly, the commonality of territories. People who organize an ethnos must have a common territory and not just have it, but densely populate it.
Secondly, of course, the commonality of the language. Without a common language between people who form an ethnos, there will be no harmony and unity.
