What are the consequences for China of unequal treaties with the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Russia?

China, forced to conclude unprofitable treaties for itself, found itself in a dire situation. Instead of pouring foreign capital into the country, China practically lost its independence in foreign policy. All actions had to be coordinated with England, USA, France and Russia. In addition, the great powers viewed China as a raw material appendage and exploited the local population. It happened that one of the “superpowers” simply occupied certain regions of China, if it saw the benefit for itself.
