What are the current views on human anthropogenesis? How did people populate the earth?

It is believed that the first people appeared in Africa. From there they moved towards Asia, temporarily settling in the territory of modern China. After that, the division took place. Some of the people reached Australia through the islands of Oceania. A part crossed to America on the ice of the Bering Sea to populate both American continents. And some moved to Europe. There, primitive people met with Neanderthals, mixing with whom gave the Europeans their modern look.
