Because of the increase in ocean levels, all coastal areas could be affected, there will be floods and permits of the territory that is adjacent to the ocean. When ocean waters move, the population of the coastal area is evacuated to safer places. Floods lead to the destruction of soil, dwellings and the death of all living things.
