What are the differences in the composition of bacterial and plant cells?

a carbohydrate that is part of the cell wall (in plants – cellulose, in bacteria – murein)
the presence of a nucleus in a plant cell (in bacteria, DNA is not separated from the cytoplasm by the nuclear membrane)
the genetic material in bacteria is a circular DNA molecule, in a plant cell it is linear
there are no membrane organelles in the bacterial cell (in their place, the mesosomes are membrane outgrowths)
size of ribosomes: in plant – 80s, in bacteria – 70s (s-speed of sublimation)
way of nutrition: plant cells are not capable of chemosynthesis
reproduction: bacteria are not capable of mitosis and meiosis (they usually divide in half)
