What are the different forms of bacteria?

Bacteria come in the following forms: Spherical forms, rod-shaped forms, crimped forms.
Spherical forms include: diplococci, streptococci, micrococci, tetracocci, sarcins and staphylococci. All these bacteria are spherical in shape.
Rod-shaped forms include: rickettsia, chlamydia, mycoplasma, actinomycetes. They can be branched, regular and irregular, slightly curved.
The convoluted forms include: spirochetes, leptospira. Some bacteria are shaped like a corkscrew (spiral). These diseases are carried by rats and are dangerous to the human body.
