What are the features and role of vegetative and generative cells of pollen grains?

Pollen grains are the male reproductive organ (stamens), located in the anthers. In which meiosis occurs and spores are formed. In the dispute there are vegetative and generative (2pcs) nuclei – cells. The generative ones are called sperm. When a spore enters the stigma of the pistil, the vegetative nucleus “breaks the channel” so that the sperm can reach the ovule. The generative nucleus fertilizes the central cell = endosperm, the other egg = embryo.
