What are the features of similarity in the structure of amphibians and fish and explain what this proves.

In the structure of amphibians (amphibians), there are some features in common with fish and, at the same time, distinguishing them from higher classes of vertebrates (for example, these are differences in the structure of the brain and especially the kidneys). Amphibians, like fish, breed in water, lay eggs, which are similar to fish eggs, and the larvae developing from eggs – tadpoles – are similar to fish in appearance, mode of movement, and in the structure of internal organs. This proves that amphibians are descended from fish.
