An integral part of society was the Catholic Church, which for hundreds of years had a tremendous influence on the minds of Spanish citizens. The peculiarities of this regime can be called reforms and the “Spanish miracle” of the late 50s and early 60s, which brought the country to 10 industrialized states of the world and relative peacefulness in comparison with Mussolini’s Italy and Hitler’s Third Reich.
