What are the forces acting on a load hanging on a spring?

Many forces act on a body suspended by a spring. For example: gravity, elastic force. If the load hangs motionless, then the resultant of the forces of gravity and elasticity is zero. If the body rises, then the elastic force is greater than the gravity force. If the load falls down, then, accordingly, the force of gravity is greater than the force of elasticity.
