What are the goals of the copper riot in the 17th century?

In 1662, a copper riot breaks out in Moscow. This was due to the reform of Alexei Mikhailovich, who issued a decree, according to which taxes were collected in silver, and people were paid with copper. This led to the fact that the treasury was dramatically enriched at the expense of silver, but the people had problems. Firstly, copper is the cheapest metal, and secondly, this type of coins began to be minted in unlimited quantities, which led to a sharp rise in the price of products. Third, the level of counterfeiters has risen sharply. This led to the impoverishment of the bulk of the population. Consequently, the first goal of the riot is a return to pre-reform policies and the use of silver in circulation. The second goal is to punish the culprits (they were considered Prince Miloslavsky and Vasily Shorin). The revolt was suppressed, but copper was withdrawn from circulation.
