What are the main features of interpersonal relationships?

Interpersonal relationships are relationships between people based on different types of communication: speech, body movements and gestures. These relations can be divided into two types: business communication – that which arises in the process of human activity; personal – arising outside the business sphere and not having strict rules and restrictions. Official interpersonal communication occurs when it is impossible to choose a partner, it is low emotionally and has strict limitations. Informal communication gives the right to choose a person for contacts, is characterized by a strong emotional connection.
