What are the main measures of the policy of War Communism in industry?

The main policy of the Bolsheviks in the industrial sector is nationalization. The slogans of the socialist-revolutionaries (which, in many respects, helped the Bolsheviks to come to power) are known – “factories – workers”. In fact, of course, the entire capitalization of factories and plants remained in the hands of the state, only now – the Soviet. With a constant increase in the outflow of foreign capital, the Bolsheviks “nationalized industry”, and also introduced compulsory labor service, a complete monopoly on foreign trade, military control over all railroad communications in the country.
