What are the main types of peasant obligations existed in the Middle Ages. In what way was each of these types beneficial / disadvantageous for the feudal lords and peasants?

In the Middle Ages, the most common were rent and corvee. The quitrent meant the payment of the land use tax in kind or in cash to the landlord. This was unprofitable for the peasants, since the rent was large, and there was not always enough harvest or money to pay it off. Corvee meant working out on the land of the landowner for a certain number of days. It was beneficial for the landowner, since he had a labor force. The peasants, on the other hand, could not devote much time to their land, so for them such a duty was unprofitable.
