What are the mechanisms of regulation of the skeletal muscles?

The mechanism of regulation of the body is provided by the contractile movements of the muscles and the degree of their stress state.
Regulation of muscle tension occurs through three mechanisms:
1) the number of active muscle motor neurons;
2) the temporary activity of motoneurons;
3) the frequency of their pulsation.

Motor units begin to work (get excited) by motoneurons, muscles simultaneously respond to the sent nerve impulse. Innervated muscle fibers are most involved in the work of muscles with high resistance.
