What are the mechanisms of thermoregulation?

There are two mechanisms of thermoregulation:
1. Contractile.
This mechanism is activated for working muscles to accelerate the decomposition of adenositriphosphate. While the secondary disintegrates and dissolves, it is hot, effective heating of the body.
2. Non-abusive.
This type of thermogenesis triples heat production. It is based on the catabolism (breakdown) of fatty acids. This mechanism is regulated by the sympathetic nervous system and hormones secreted by the thyroid gland and the adrenal medulla.
