What are the medieval concepts of nature?

In the era of the early Middle Ages, nature was no longer studied as much as in antiquity. The thing is that Christianity spread very quickly, and therefore they looked at nature in this aspect. For example, in Christianity, everything is based on God, and they considered nature from the point of view that God created it. In the Middle Ages, scientific knowledge was far from in the first place, therefore, new knowledge about nature, except for the basic ones, did not appear in people in this era. From the sources of knowledge there was only experience and reason, but not research.
