What are the most highly organized animals?

In the animal world, colonial insects and some gregarious mammals and group predators are distinguished by their organization. If insects have everything programmed at the genetic level, i.e. the whole organization relies on instincts, then in mammals, in addition to instincts, there is a transfer of experience to the older generation through training. For example, killer whales teach young individuals to hunt, while such training takes many years. Also, organized behavior and hierarchy are observed in lions, wolves, some primates, etc.
