What are the pros and cons of stereotypes?

Stereotypes are outdated patterns of someone else’s thinking. For example, if a woman divorced her first husband, then it will be difficult for her to start a family (find a spouse). This is what people say, but this is a stereotype. A woman’s family happiness depends on her behavior, ability to “smooth out” conflicts, external data and moral values. Stereotypes have no pluses, they have minuses:

1) A model of behavior is imposed on a person;

2) Often stereotypes have nothing to do with reality;

3) Stereotypes often give rise to fear in the subconscious of a person.

One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
