What are the reasons for the defeat of the republic in Spain?

The main reasons for the defeat:
1) Italians and Germans helped Franco more actively than the republicans from the USSR;
2) Among the Republicans there were groups (anarchists) who preferred to act independently and even fight with the allies;
3) The Munich Agreement of 1938 meant that France and England would not intervene in the war, which untied Franco’s hands.
