What are the reasons for the revolutions in Germany and Hungary. What were their results?

In 1848, revolutions began in Hungary and Germany. The main reason for the uprisings of numerous people was infringement on the part of the Habsburgs. They did not allow the development of industry and trade of the Hungarian bourgeoisie. Another reason was the desire of the majority to get rid of the feudal remnants in the country.
