What are the rights of a citizen in Athens?

With the advent of democracy in ancient Athens, a lot has changed in the lives of citizens. So they received the rights to private property, the right to own land, the right to vote during the National Assembly. It is worth highlighting the merits of such statesmen as Solon and Pericles, thanks to them, in due time, citizens received expanded rights, which became the key to the emergence of democracy.
