What are the rules for collecting and eating mushrooms?

First of all, you need to be able to distinguish between poisonous and edible mushrooms. Collect them in relatively unpolluted places. You cannot pick mushrooms in the park, near roads and near the city. When collecting them, you need to cut off the mushrooms, not pluck them so that they can grow again. Before cooking, they need to be washed well, peeled. Also, they cannot be eaten raw. Mushrooms must undergo heat treatment to destroy the microorganisms that have lived on the mushrooms. If there are doubts about the quality of mushrooms, then it is better not to collect and eat them.
