What are the rules for working with a light microscope?

Place the microscope in your work area.
Position the lens with a small magnification (x 10) opposite the opening of the object table at a distance of 1.5 cm.
Light up your field of view with a mirror.
Place the sample on a cover slip table. Place the patch against the frontal lens of the microscope.
Look from the side, lower the microscope tube down, leave a minimum gap between the objective and the sample (up to 1 cm).
Look at the target and slowly raise the tube using the macro screw until the object of observation appears.
Follow this step for the entire sample, observing it at low magnification.
Select the most suitable specimen to be examined at high magnification.
Look at a high magnification target (x 40) and slowly lift the tube using the micro vibration until the image appears.
If you want to observe a sample at high magnification (x 90), you must first observe the entire specimen at low magnification and select a specific portion.
Turn the gun head and place a drop of immersion oil on the sample.
Arrange a high magnification target (x 90) (the target will touch a drop of immersed oil).
Look at a high magnification target (x 90) and slowly lift the tube using the micro vibration until the image appears.
