What are the signs of a bone fracture?

Fracture is a violation of the integrity of the bone caused by its mechanical damage. Signs of bone fracture are reliable, that is, by which you can say for sure that there is a fracture, and not reliable, which can be with other injuries. Reliable signs can be observed with an open fracture, when fragments stick out of the wound. Abnormal bone mobility or an unnatural position outside the joint also indicates a fracture.
Other signs, such as pain, inability to move a limb, hemorrhage, swelling, and others, are not reliable.
It is absolutely possible to diagnose a fracture with an X-ray examination.
