What are the signs of a fracture?

A bone fracture has certain signs or symptoms, depending on whether the fracture is open or closed. When open, there is a wound from which bleeding is observed, fragments of bone may stick out. With a closed fracture, there is no wound, the skin is intact, intact. But there are signs common to both types of fracture: pain at the site of injury, change in the shape of the limb – it is bent at an unnatural angle, pain when trying to step on a leg when it is fractured, loss of function by the limb – for example, it is impossible to move a broken arm.
