Similarities: chordate type, development and reproduction in water, the same eggs, cold-blooded, tadpoles are internally and externally similar to fish.
Differences: in amphibians: lungs, no tail and fins, no lateral line, live on land, three-chambered heart, 2 circles of blood circulation.
