What are the similarities between a sprout and a germ of a seed?

A sprout is the state of a plant when an embryo growing from a seed breaks through the skin of the seed before the first leaf appears. The term is used only for plants that grow from seeds. And the embryo is in the seed and a new plant grows out of it. It is protected by the seed coat from adverse environmental conditions and has an adequate supply of nutrients for growth. The embryo consists of the embryonic root, bud, stalk and cotyledon. The common thing is that it is one organism at different stages of development.
