What are the similarities between voluntary and involuntary movements?

Movements can be arbitrary. These are the ones that we have complete control over. For example: walking, grabbing with hands, turning the neck, chewing, and more. But there are also involuntary movements. This is something we cannot control. For example: contraction of the heart, movement of the lungs, stomach, etc. Reflexive movements are also referred to involuntary movements. All movements are provided by muscle contraction. We need both voluntary and involuntary to sustain life. Without movement, there can be no life of a person and any living creature.
