What are two reasons for the social conflict in the German Confederation?

1) The Jewish Question – Jewish financial circles were gaining more and more influence, the Jewish bourgeoisie was actively developing, but at the same time they were excluded from German society. Many of them strove to integrate into German society. At the same time, the Germans themselves positioned themselves as Christians. Jewish clergy and conservative Orthodox Christians also opposed integration.

2) The labor question – industry is booming in Germany, and factory workers make up 60% of the population. At the same time, the growth of machine production leads to a reduction in wages, and many of them live in dire conditions.
