The most useful are:

– bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, they are involved in digestion, preventing the development of tumors, assimilating vitamins, minerals, strengthening immunity;

– Escherichia coli, fights against pathogenic microorganisms, helps to maintain the level of hemoglobin;

– enterococci, provide protection against the development of harmful bacteria. In large quantities, it can also harm the body.
