What causes social conflicts?

The reasons that serve to ignite social conflicts are the following: heterogeneity of society (there is still a clear division into the rich, middle and poor strata); different social status, level of income, education; religious differentiation of society (the existence of many confessions and official religious teachings); the difference in personality traits; the opposite of interests, ideals and goals; a large number of differently polar opinions and sides.

One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
