What changes have occurred in the spiritual life of Russia in the late 20th century – early 21st century?

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the country changed its ideology, lifestyle, domestic and foreign policy. Along with this, the spiritual life of society has also changed. For the people who saw these changes, the change of the political regime was a shock. Despite the weakness of censorship in the last years of the existence of the USSR, people felt freedom and independence. Personal career growth came to the fore. People were no longer confined to the dogmas of the state. The emancipation of the individual took place. Also, many new cultural movements have emerged in the country.
