What changes in the government of the country took place under Qin Shihun?

King Qin Shi Huang Ti was the first who was able to unite the lands of China, namely the lands of the warring or warring kingdoms. This happened in 221 BC. Thus, China was turned into a single kingdom, and Qin Shi Huang became its sole ruler. The state itself, by his order, was divided into 36 regions, which were ruled by governors. This was done for more effective management of the country’s lands.
