What changes took place at the royal court in the 17th century?

The only undeniable change in the royal court in the seventeenth century was the ascent to the throne of Mikhail Fedorovich Romanov and the further reign of his dynasty for a period of three hundred years. After the death of Ivan the Terrible, the rule of the Rurik dynasty ended and the time of troubles began, bringing, every year, more and more deaths among the Russian people.
