What chemical elements play a role in human life?

Absolutely all chemical elements are essential for human life and any living organism. The cells that form all tissues and organs of our body are made up of three types of chemical elements. These are macronutrients, which include oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and some others; trace elements: copper, iron, zinc and others; ultramicroelements, of which there are very few in our body. These include cesium, mercury, uranium, arsenic and others. So we can say that we are composed of the periodic table.
