What cities did the route pass from the Varangians to the Greeks?

The trade route “from the Varangians to the Greeks” was the largest and ran from Scandinavia itself through all the lands of Russia to the south to Byzantium. Thanks to this trade connection, many Russian cities grew and developed rapidly. One of these cities was Kiev. It can be said that at that time it was the largest trading city in Eastern Europe.
