What civilizations appeared during the Middle Ages?

During the Middle Ages, two civilizations emerged:
1. Medieval Western civilization or Western European civilization (a poorly developed civilization in terms of commodity and monetary relations, but it differed only in natural production!)
2. Confucian civilization (appeared in Asia (China, Japan, etc.).
However, during the Middle Ages there was no common civilization (for the whole world).
