What climatic zones is Brazil in?

Brazil, which is one of the largest countries on the planet and is located on the continent of South America, is spread over 3 climatic zones. Most of the country, the entire north and center, from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in the east to the Andes in the west, is located in the equatorial and subequatorial climatic zones. The largest forest on the planet – the Amazonian forests – grows in these belts. The south of the country falls on the tropical climatic zone, where a hotter and drier climate prevails, and here the savannah is formed.
