What connects the cerebral hemispheres to each other?

The brains of humans and many other animals are similar in structure and appearance. The hemispheres are separated by a central groove. It is formed during intrauterine development. The two hemispheres are almost identical and symmetrical. But there may be some external differences. Yet, despite the separation by the furrow, at the bottom they are connected by the corpus callosum and adhesions. This is the anterior and posterior commissure, as well as the vault commissure. Thanks to the connections, the brain can perform its functions normally.
