What continent is washed by the waters of all oceans except the Arctic one?

The Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans reach the shores of Antarctica. This is the southernmost part where these oceans reach. Near the Antarctic shores, in winter, vast areas of these oceans are covered with ice. Cold ocean currents circulate along the coastline of the mainland through their waters. Due to different temperatures, salinity and currents, sometimes individual scientists distinguish the southern parts of these three oceans into the fifth ocean – the South. However, not all countries accept such a division.
