What contradictions and possible conflicts were laid as a result of the post-war structure of Europe?

In the postwar period, a bipolar world began to take shape. Relations between the USSR and Europe have worsened. This was due to the fact that the influence of communism grew, and people suffered at the same time. The United States intervened and offered assistance to those European states that would withdraw the communists from the parties. The USSR did not want to lose its position, so it applied military forces to bring the communists to power in Poland, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Hungary.
