What countries did the main participants in the Second and Third Crusades come from?

The main participants in the Second Crusade 1147-1149 and the Third Crusade 1189-1192 were from the royal families of the Kingdom of England (Richard the Lionheart), the Kingdom of France (Louis the Seventh the Young and Philip the Second Augustus) and the Holy Roman Empire (Konrad the Third Hohenstaufen and Frederick First Hohenstaufen).
